@LC&DR

 I hereby declare that the Wealdsman and I are not the same person.

However I agree 110% with his wish list!!

The 'H' 0-4-4T, the D1 or E1 or L1 4-4-0 and the P 0-6-0T (rather than the R1) would be top of my 'hit parade'!

Any locomotive designed by Harry Wainwright would be awesome, especially in full SECR green livery.

I agree, the Hornby 'Terrier' is overdue a refresh.

Whilst Hornby are at it, making tooling for the correct extended bunker for the Isle of Wight Terriers would be welcome - as Dapol have announced that they will be doing with their 'O' gauge Terrier models.

@christopher_heath

The Southern Railway, SECR, LBSCR and LSWR have all seen a resurgence in the modelling world in recent years, but to the best of my knowledge there appears to be a shortage of tank engines being produced for these companies.  I wondered if Hornby might consider producing models of classes such as the L (4-6-4T). the K1 (2-6-4T), the H16 (4-6-2T) and the G16 (4-8-0T) as they are of great interest to me and none survive in preservation today.

OOWORKS (The brown box company?) still have some Marsh I3s (4-4-2T) for sale if you are quick.

Would anyone, like me, want a Vulcan on their railway?

The Marsh C2X rebuild of the LBSCR Billinton /  0-6-0 would make a fine addition to the Hornby range.

The Bluebox company is launching their LBSCR H2 and E4s next year, so there must be a good market for Brighton locos.

I brought a GCR 9J (LNER J11) from the blue box company in Great Central black livery. Given that all three of the Great Central RTR models have appeared in GCR livery (The D11/1 Improved Director, O4 and now the J11 Pompom), it would be great if Hornby

could also capitalize on interest in the Great Central and produce a locomotive such as the Robinson C4 Jersey Lilly.

The blue box company now produces or plans to launch three Robinson locomotives, the J11 Pompom, D11 Director and the O4.

Given that the blue box company now sees a market for a Brighton Atlantic (the H2), how about a Hornby GCR Atlantic?

The

"Jersey Lilies" or LNER C4 class are wildly thought to be Robinson's most handsome design. A Jersey Lily would C4 would be a superb addition to the Hornby range.
