Hornby Centenary Bristol Lodekka Bus
Hornby 100 Binns Road No.20 and Hornby 100 Westwood No. 64
We introduced an exciting collaboration between Hornby and Corgi this month, with the Hornby Centenary Bristol Lodekka.
The livery on the Bristol Lodekka carries many of the brand names and logos synonymous with Hornby over the last 100 years, with the destination board displaying either Binns Road No. 20 or Westwood No. 64 denoting the year that Lines Bros acquired Hornby!
Golden Ticket Competition | Centenary Year Range
Celebrating the centenary year of Hornby just became even more exciting!
There are 10 Golden Tickets placed within various limited edition models from our Centenary range (Dublo Die-cast Vehicle Collection excluded).
Nine of the tickets are of a cash value ranging from £100 to £500, which are to be redeemed on the Hornby website, while the tenth ticket is for a very special trip for two on a Belmond Pullman Experience (date TBC).
Unsurprisingly some of our limited edition Centenary models have already sold out, but many are still available to order via the Hornby website and could include one of our 10 Golden Tickets!
Hornby | Signal Box
We have had two Signal Box episodes go live this month!
Then, for the most recent offering of Signal Box Mike takes you through the latest Collector Club exclusive product, the BR, ‘Terrier’ 0-6-0T, 32635 ‘Brighton Works’, Era 5.
GWR, Class 5101 'Large Prairie', 2-6-2T, 4154 - Era 3
The Class 5101 'Large Prairie' No. 4154 first entered service in 1947. The superbly detailed Hornby model of that particular locomotive has now arrived.
Resplendent in their GWR green liveries, the DCC ready and DCC fitted versions are now ready to be included in your collection!
Indulge with the two latest editions of Engine Shed!
The first instalment shifted focus from our regular look at the latest tooling projects and instead we turned our attention towards the Hornby Centenary Year range, including the very exciting Golden Ticket competition.
We closed out our #Hornby100 social media themed month with a special edition of the blog that centered around the announcement of the latest Collector Club exclusive model, the BR ‘Terrier’ 0-6-0T, 32635 ‘Brighton Works’!
