81F Posted December 4, 2017 Share Posted December 4, 2017 I understand that the real GWR Dining Cars that Hornby have based their models on were later fitted with windows more like BR Mk 1s. Although Ive found several articles about putting etched sides on these coaches, I'm looking for something simpler that would reduce the amount of repainting. Having looked at a few options I wonder if it would be possible to carefully file the coach window appatures so that I could fit some Kitmaster Mk 1 windows (they do come up from time to time on eBay). Can anuone tell me what size holes the kitmaster windows need, alternatively is there a similar alternative that could be used. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
