Q. Are receipts sent with deliveries?

A. Yes. Your receipt/invoice will arrive with your packaged goods. You will need this in case you wish to return goods.

Q. Can I order goods to a different address from my home address?

A. Yes. When placing an order, the form on the website walks you through how to stipulate both your home address and the address for receipt of the order. This facility can be found within in the Modify My Details section.

Q. How much is postage and packing in the UK?

A. A set amount of £6.00 per order, regardless of the size of your order.

Q. Where do you deliver to in the UK?

A. We deliver to the whole of the UK. However, there are some exceptions, which are listed below in postcode area:
