With a heritage that can be traced back to the early years of the 20th century, Bassett-Lowke railway models are produced from pressed sheet metal with the parts being soldered together, a process that has changed very little in over 100 years.
Models manufactured today are produced in very limited numbers making Bassett-Lowke models eminently collectable. All locomotives are 2/3 rail switchable.
