    I installed track master and activated it. everything worked ok. then disaster struck.due to a crash I reset my computer using system restore and track master had disappeared, I tried to reinstall track master but received the message it was already activated and it would only work in trial mode. I e-mailed support asking for help, after a week having received no reply i e-mailed them again still no reply, so after a couple of days I e-mailed customercare,and I am still waiting for a reply. It seems as if when you have a problem they just don't want to know. S
