Dover Museum has a temporary exhibition 'Our Childhood Past' running until September 2012. This exhibition features a large Scalextric set for adults and children to have a go on, a model railway layout and a display of Hornby models all on loan from Hornby.
Dover Museum is a local history and archaeology museum situated in the town centre of Dover, Britain's historic port town. Dover is a 22 mile drive from the Hornby Visitor Centre in Margate through the Kent countryside.
It is home to the Dover Bronze Age Boat, the world's oldest known seagoing boat and a fascinating archaeological discovery.
